FootGolf FAQs

What is FootGolf?

FootGolf is a new hybrid sport combining golf and soccer. It is played by kicking a soccer ball on a golf course with the objective of getting the ball into an oversized (21-inch in diameter) hole in the fewest amount of kicks.

Why Play FootGolf?

No experience or training necessary before playing. It is fun for the whole family. The objective is to kick a ball. Players can play the 18-hole course in 2 hours. Affordable pricing for FootGolf at Keith Hills Golf Club – only $12 to walk 18 or $20 to ride 18.

When Can You Play FootGolf?

Anytime after 3 pm – tee times are available on the White Course to play footgolf. Players will make a tee times just as golfers make tee times. This allows golfers and footgolfers to play simultaneously throughout each day!

Do I need a Soccer Ball to Play?

Footgolfers can bring their own balls or be supplied a ball from the Pro Shop for a small rental fee of $3.

Is there a Dress Code at the course for FootGolf players?

FootGolf players wear traditional golf attire — shorts or pants and a collared shirt.  Running shorts, athletic shorts, coaches short, and cutoffs are not allowed.  It may be bright and sunny, but shirts must be worn at all times.  Rubber soled shoes and sneakers are recommended.  Flip flops or slick-soled shoes are not recommended.  Football or soccer cleats are strictly prohibited on the course.

I have never played golf, what do you do once you get to the golf course?

Players will check in at the pro shop counter. Our professional staff will greet all players, provide a brief orientation and serve as an escort to the first hole!
